TERMS OF SERVICE

When a member uses our services, he/she is expected to have agreed to the individual policies which govern the service in concern. We are not to be held responsible for any damages that happen to any online/offline entity due to carelessness of the user concerned, or due to non-abiding of our policies.

Furthermore, we offer our services "as is". While using our services, the user agrees to behold the risk factor, which may include abrupt suspension/deletion/termination of services due to technical problems(or otherwise).

Our Hosting Agreement is to be read, and agreed to, by any member applying for our free webhosting scheme.

Our forum policies, and community rules are listed below. These rules are expected to be followed by every member of ours. Any member failing to reach up to the community standards may be warned, and then deleted.

FORUM POLICIES AND COMMUNITY RULES

1) For most of the frequently asked questions, don't post on the forums, or pester our staff, visit our Knowledge Base.

2) We expect proper humanely communal behaviour throughout our community. Absolutely NO SWEARING or use of SWEAR words. Spamming is expressly forbidden. Nor should you reply with insanely stupid replies - just to make $yfma. Such users will have their hosting suspended. [Spam is hereby defined as pointless repetition, or pointless posting or posting of absurd and insequential material.]

3) Please try to use proper English. Avoid web jargon and acronyms. Use proper grammer, punctuations, capitals, and spelling. Please try to be helpful than scornful. [we have an ongoing competition which awards $250yfma to the best "rule abiding member" at the end of each month]

4) Abide by the rules specified in specific boards. Also abide by the rules set by the staff. If you feel that the staff is unfair towards you, report the post.

5) Do not, repeat DO NOT, abuse/insult our staff.

6) Please only publish age specific material. We have underage members too! Posting of adults only material, topics, pictures, discussions, sites, or otherwise, will be considered to be violating the forum rules.

7) PLAGARISM PROHIBITED. Please mention source sites for anything you copy+paste.
