While you sign up at the YFMA Community, your personal information will be collected. This information collected is solely for record purposes. This information will not be used in any adverse way (including but not limited to spam, advertising, disclosure of identity etc.) nor will be sold/given to 3rd parties. We gaurantee that the information you provided while signing up at YFMA will remain safe.

We do not advocate, nor promote spam, and we gaurantee that we will not send any spam/advertising messages to your email address. However, extremely important public forum announcements, details regarding your forum account, details regarding your hosting account, reminders to be active in the forum or lose your hosting account(when you're inactive in the forum), suspension notices or other information which you may neccessarily need to know, to be a member of YFMA, WILL be sent to the email account which you used while signing up. If you receive any kind of spam from any @yfma email accounts, please contact admin immediately. Additionally, by default, you will also be sent the YFMA Bi-weekly Newsletter. You can opt to unsubscribe from this service at any given time, but we highly reccomend that you keep your subscription, so as to be an active member at YFMA.

Please note that the above notices do not deem valid for any information that YOU yourself may choose to realease publicly via the forum. YFMA Community is a public entity, and we are not responsible for any privacy concerns which upsets you in regard to the information you may have publicly released for general audience. Please also note that in such situations, if you have an afterthought about some content which you released, you may contact our staff, moderators or administrators, who will censor the content to your liking. Again, YFMA is not responsible for any privacy concerns which arise in between the period of your posting the content, and our censoring it.

In short, and for those who cannot be bothered to read through the "small print", YFMA is a nice small community, which assures you that your information will not be misused, but we WILL send periodic emails which are important, and we are also not responsible for any information you might post.
