This is the hosting agreement. This is what you agree to while applying for a YFMA Hosting Account. Please abide by these rules. Action will be taken against any member/hosted site seen to be violating any of these rules. 1.Illegal Material is not allowed - This includes (but is not limited to) copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material. Any sites found supporting/hosting/encouraging any of the activities listed above, will be suspended/banned immediately. Unacceptable file types - We do not allow the upload of .exe or .dll files to its server space by its users. Any site found to be hosting such file types will be terminated! If you have a simple exe file such as a screensaver that you wish to use, please note this when applying for webhosting, or notify us via forums, email, or PMs. 2.Sites promoting hatred and/or violence, or tending to be racial, will be terminated. 3.No Pedophilic images/videos/content allowed. 4.No download/mirror sites. i.e. You are not allowed to host a site simply for hosting personal files, without web pages. 5. No spamming. Spamming include, but is not limited to, posting of highly unsequential replies/posts, posts about paid services, unnecessary repetion of posts, repeated publishing of links(linking to illegal/adult/product pages), and repeated posting of extremely short posts to earn $yfma. Spammers will have their hosting account suspended OR have their $YFMA Bank account emptied OR in severe cases, forum+hosting account deleted and banned. 6. Your account might be subject to suspension for the rest of the month if you go over your bandwidth limit. 7. One account per person, unless decided otherwise by the management(Hi-4). Users found to be making and using more than one forum/hosting account, without the prior permission of the management, will be banned. 8. Free hosting service is provided AS IS without any warranty/guarantee! We are not responsible for any damage to your business/site due to your actions. 9. Use at your own risk. We do not provide ultimate gaurantee for hosted material. Though we can assure you that your data will be safe, we do not gaurantee data recovery in case of adverse server failures. 10. We reserve the right to terminate and/or deny service to any user at our discretion. Termination will be accounted for with proper reasons. 11. You must furnish us with your e-mail address and full name, along with hosting details and why you want hosting, while applying. A format for application is available in the 'Applications Area'. We reserve the right to update these guidelines at anytime.
